Can't handle a large number of photos

Loads every photo on my phone as one folder. Even when they are already in a folder. I have over 1000+ photos. Samsung Moment Rooted

Loads all thumbnails which is at least a step up from the native photo viewer, but can't open most of those thumbnails. uninstall. Mytouch

Only good thing is the ability to make folders which can't do on my My Touch! Takes way too long to load and no special features!
