I agree with the last person. The daily reminder helps me stay on track. I tell my husband every day how many cigarettes I haven't smoked.

Good tool to use for motivation. It helped quite a bit. Have a place on their to put a pic like my kids and it would be the digital Chantix.

Used to be a good app. Now forces closed all the time! Very annoying!
