Comments and Ratings for On Air (Wifi Disk)
by dhelfinstine the 1/26/2012

Works on GB Works great on my OG Droid and Droid RAZR. Unusable on honeycomb (ASUS eeepad transformer). Only shows Ipv6 address, which is weird, doesn't work.

by Dennis the 1/1/2012

Useful Mac Snow Leopard, Nook color-CM7 on SD Works as advertised. Copy 200 MB crashes 3-4 times. The last time causes Mac finder to freeze, forcing hard reboot. File sizes shown with On Air in Finder are inflated; my 16 GB chip shows 289GB unused, small text file are 4.3Gb.

Good App Seems like the Apple transfer protocol isn't supported on Lion, but you can still use the Windows option which works nicely.

by cK the 12/16/2011

Terrific app Would have liked the red button to be on off toggle switch racket than just on.

by Collin the 12/14/2011

We miss your other apps, and this works great veryeasy to get my music onto my phone now without USB (lol I lost my USB plug)

by arminrosu the 12/3/2011

Doesn't work on Mac Lion Whenever I try to connect to it, I get the following error (in Mac): "The version of the server you are trying to connect to is not supported. Please contact your system administrator to resolve the problem"

Cool Turn Android to ftp server, very cool

by Rory the 10/26/2011

Doesn't work with OS x lion otherwise would be great :-(

by /' '\ordor the 10/23/2011

It only works for FTP. The first file is slow, after that speeds of 700KB/s. DO NOT USE PASSIVE MODE connection. DroidX.

by HomerJayK the 10/18/2011

Works well needs polish I've only used it as ftp and it does what is says on the box. Need to be able to turn session off by hitting the big button a second time. It's such a nice button please let me hit it more!

by MTKnife the 10/1/2011

It's not clear within the app, but logging in via FTP requires "onair" as the username.

by vlb the 9/19/2011

Looks great Works great too.

by Kostya the 8/31/2011

Works great on HTC Sensation I use it for copying files to/from device via FTP. It does that very well.

by junk33e the 8/24/2011

Add permision to prevent phone to go to sleep.

by Potter the 8/16/2011

Great idea. Works great on HTC Evo 4G.

by Jeremy L. the 8/9/2011

Good app.... now make it stop and or close correctly, and it'll be a GREAT app.

by Jooosh the 7/1/2011

Works on rooted HTC Evo Works as advertised with Max OSX Snow Leopard. Only issues: I had to install a separate app to keep the Evo from going to sleep (No Screen Off). And file sizes are not being reported properly in the Finder.

Simple, clean I use the FTP server, works well with Filezilla. Sometimes hard to get the initial connection but that is probably due to my phone. The big button should really let you turn off the server too (use the back button instead, or the home button to keep it running in the background).

by grvsmth the 6/5/2011

This could work over any TCP/IP network, but it seems to insist on a wifi connection.

by UvGroovy the 5/31/2011

Did manage to make it work, even with the recommended windows client
