I need help changed phones h t c evil 4 g to another h t c evil 4 g just before the changeover I purchase your product - I was asked 4 my email address & used my aol address- what do I need to do to transition this to my phone - I sincerely apologize for the rating of 1 - I could not expect your team to evaluate your 5 ratings

No backup to sd?! Lots of paid options but no free backup to sd. Forget it!

Cost is Annually PER DEVICE The application works alright, but is touted as allowing you to access your data across any device. What they don't make clear is that this costs $10 PER DEVICE PER YEAR. So a phone, a laptop, an iPad, and a desktop will be $40 per year. You can't share even with just your desktop for less than $20 annually!

Worth upgrading to Premium Installed across multiple devices. Purchased premium version. Was worth the nominal fee after losing my phone & the psswds. Now can retrieve them.

No activation code Hours went by and still no activation code. Yes... I checked my SPAM folder. Uninstalling this and using a different product. Poor response to paying customers.

Keeper on all My Devices We have a desktop PC, and iPad and 2 Droid Razr phones. We have installed keeper on each device, and both my husband & I use the same account, each with our own folder filled with our own passwords for various sites that each of us uses. (Not all couples would choose a single account, but it works for us!) Today, I had difficulty accessing our account on both the PC and my Razr. I used the on-line chat support feature and found it worked perfectly. Within a very few minutes, the technician responded to me, asked the pertinent questions, and got me up and running on both devices in less than 5 minutes. We have been very satisfied with this product and recommend it, unequivocally, to all comers. We each have over 60 saved files. Having the passwords at our fingertips, especially when we are away from home, is an outstanding feature of Keeper. We no longer have to keep written lists with us or hidden at home and change passwords often, since we can easily access them via Keeper, if we forget what one is.

Great Support Awesome app with great customer support. I had my Droid Razr replaced and had a problem transferring data from one phone to the next. I contacted customer support and they helped my resolve my issue efficently and quickly. Thank you!

They want to charge you $9.99 for a lapto and additional $9.99 for cell phone if you want to sync them together. Poor customer service.

Awesome. I have had this app since it came out. Works flawlessly between my android, linux laptop amd my android tablet. Not sure if I like per device pricing, Callpod should bundle them for different setups...

Keeper Program and Support ( Morotola Droid Razr) PRO: Program works great on windows import/export/add/change/edit. Program works great on Morotola Droid Razr. All sync-ing worked on both units. CONS: I forgot internet sync password... sent 2 emails 24 hrs. a part to have it re-set. No response. Made a live request on line and it was reset w/in 5 seconds. PRO: Lesson learned don't email.... use live chat. Have email and lic. keys ready..... I don't know who it was. (name not shown) Excellent Live support.

Rent-a-app! App will lock you out of all your data if you don't pay! Developers want you to pay once a year! Not proprietary like mSeven! Save your passwords to something else! Want you to pay $30.00/yr!
