Lol with all exercise do and my job need at least 2100 to maintain my muscles an according with this I need to eat 1313 calories if I eat that I died

Desent for mass math but muscle weighs more and uses more cals both in creation and living. Flawed concept.

Awesome. Can you add an option to cut your total daily calories by 15 and 20%? Also if it could break that number into 5 and 6 meals would be 5 stars.

it is a great app. I just feel that the caloric intake is WAY to high for mi weight, height, and sedentary life.
