I'm running 1.9.2 and I don't see any battery life issues. Perhaps this was an issue with an older version? (Android 2.2.1 on Samsung)

RP is an awesome radio station. This app taxes the processor and battery so much can only listen for 30 mins before battery dies. Motorola Android.

You might consider implementing an alarm clock feature. Getting up while listening RP, may become the smoothest thing in the world ;-)

Rotate is still broken -- it won't stop rotating. This is the only app that does this. Who else has this problem?

Just installed this on my HTC Desire Z and it works great! Esp love how it lets you select bandwith (very useful when coverage isn't perfect)
