When scrolling through tweets the pics get scambled. And tweets dont scroll smoothly.

Wow. Could be a contender. Please change the color scheme though. Some of is have themes with green highlights.

Excellent first go. Customizable tabs or colums. Nice UI. 5 stars with adjustable amount of tweets displayed and smaller refresh rate.
