Samsung Exhibit Scans most QR codes correctly. Scans regular barcodes, correctly identifies most items, but no local prices or incorrect prices.

ixMAT is great, Barcode Scanner didn't work half as well on my phone. Lately I've been using it all the time. Droid 2.

Scanned Helmann's mayonnaise, Heinz Tomato Ketchup. ID'd barcode but no product found. I.e. useless.
