Get the app called "delayed lock"... it works perfectly on 2.2 and 2.3! This dev is just lazy.

Works fine on my nexus. I had to disable then re-enable it after changing the delay but after that it worked fine.

Since android 2.1, v2.2 no longer works. Doesn't delay relocking. Moto Droid. It is a very good idea though & much needed. No dev support.
