Useful, if a bit cumbersome from a UI perspective. Stopped using it because of privacy concerns.

My moods can vary hour to hour. It would be helpful to be able to track mood and anxiety at an hourly basis.

Worked the first day then failed to load. Not a very user-friendly interface. Can't delete entries once they've been input.

I would like to see pain level included in the triggers. Other than that great apparently. Helps me paint an accurate picture for my doctor.

Med setup not retaining dosage information. Worked at first now dosage info will not save. Sleep data does not record.

Doesn't retain sleep or weight numbers. Notes & diary need a lot of work. Med setup doesn't retain dosage info.

Buttons sliders dont work on new droid x. Uninstall and refund. Looked promising too. 2.1-update 1

Good app. Still needs improvements in functionally and UI. Hitting the back button exits the program. Thanks for creating this app, much needed!

This app is very helpful but needs to have mood chart grap hs that show a whole month worth of entry's on one screen.
