Easy to use Customizable toggle is great! Would be nice to have setup in the apps section instead if widgets section.

Brightness Widget - Backlight! - Great widget. I just recently found out that you can set as many levels as you want. I do have 11 brightness levels now. :-) @M. your comment was very helpful: thanks ! Widget looks nice on my dark homescreen. Dev.maybe an option to (un)check the numbers on the widget?

Customisable Finally a widget with which you can use brightness levels defined by yourself. It seems to me there is only this one which lets you do this. To comment on most recent reviews: Level 1 is not actually 0%, that is how the phones are set, e.g. mine has the lowest treshold 11%. With no backlight the display itself would not shine at all, so in the dark you would see literally nothing on it. The icon is really bad indeed :D Using custom icon with intensity popup instead. Configuring is weird, but desired level can be easily calculated; when 255 is 100%, 1% is 2.55, so just multiply it by desired percentage (e.g. 30) and there you go, 30%.

Just what I was looking for! Other toggle Widgets don't have a specific action activity for customizable shortcuts in the dock.

Great app... Just what I needed. Works every time. But, just some delay with popup for levels. Level 1 (0%) works great at night with wife sleeping while I mod my Inspire 4G.

Almost perfect What i don't like: 1. Launcher widget is bigger than the rest of my app shortcuts in my home screen. Workaround, I used the app shortcut instead, that's without the percentage value. 2. Percentage popup is very slow to respond, takes a second or 2 to update after you change the brightness. Buy hey, I'm actually using it now and removed the rest of the brightness apps that I installed from the market. If not for those 2 little things, I would have given it 5 starts. Thanks phoeniix!

Good App Good app. Works on LG Optimus S and Asus Transformer. Only 4 stars because of how the brightness levels are configured..not easy to figure out what number represents a percentage but can be done.

just what i needed works perfectly for my bionic. i keep it on 1 while inside and one click to auto when outside to avoid glare. added app to auto-end list and the widget still works whenever i need it no problem.
