Does exactly what I want: immediately and quietly ignores any presses of those damn ringer volume buttons. Worth the money!

Works better then I ever would have expected. While I would have preferred to disable the volume button all together this is the next best thing.

Seems to work great on my Samsung Moment. Now give me an app to turn off all buttons on each side of phone...
