great tracking tool It keeps a record of when & how long I do qi gong, & I can add notes. Nice bells with multiple settings. Thanks.

Love it One of my all-time favorite apps, been using it for quite some time now. The connect features are a great encouragement, and all the different bells are nice. Also has option to turn off connectivity to avoid disruption... wonderful feature.

Revolutionize My Practice ... What an outstanding app! Try It You will love it. Boy only will it help you maintain a meditation practice but you get to meet like mindful people ALL over the world. Only sad thing is there is know way to use the computer timer without a smartphone. This needs to change so others can join in...THANK YOU! Peace and Loving Kindness yo all who use this App.

Simple + it works I wonder whether the Stats feature, which I always look at right after a session, generates attachment to outcomes.

I highly recommend it This app is excellent for practicing mindful meditation. The interval bells bring your attention back to the present moment in case your mind has wandered, and the bells are pleasant, as if you were in a monestery and a monk is ringing a gong for you. But I do wish the program allowed you to adjust the volume of all the bells. The volume of most of the bells can be individualized without changing the volume on your cell, but to adjust the ending bell volume you have to change the volume on your phone.

I call them as I see them! I've used several different meditation apps, and this one is by far the best. The free version is wonderful - and the additional features of the paid version are definitely worth the modest price. Seeing who else is meditating has been a great motivator for me - thanks, developers!
