On-Only-When-Blutooth-Connected option is no different than the Always-On option. Quite annoying to have speech even when it's not needed.

The first incoming call, I get a force close. Second the same, third time I uninstalled on my HTC Hero.

I like the app but the trial was so short I really didn't get a chance to get used to it. I can't justify five dollars for it at this point.
