Used this for a few months. Sync was buggy but force up/download were fine till a couple mos ago. Now they give error 403. Gdocs works much better.

Doesn't work on MOT Droid...no edit or sync ability. Poor English instructions hamper ability to understand how to make this tool work...

Would get a fiver if other apps could send to Foxnote. Would like to upload folders and their contents to GDoc. Would like better design.

Cant import documents you make. Force close everytime. Uninstall. Not worth it. (Moto Droid)

I get an error 415 when syncing a new note or error 403 when I try to force upload a documents with Google Docs. Please fix this. N1 w/ Froyo.

Would be best app for working with Google Docs but sync frequently doesn't work, even when another app, Gdocs, syncs fine.
