Colt Used to work great, as soon as i did a factory reset all of a sudden it won't play my downloaded movies. What's up with this newer version? Please fix!

The only ligit player out there to play movies in hi def. I tried every other players and they suck. Did rate 5* cus its a trail version.

Can't be installed on SD card After moving it to my phone's internal memory, it started right up. Would rate higher if it weren't for this.
