Exactly what I needed. One of the reasons I had my phone rooted was to delete the apk that auto launched when I docked my phone in the car. I simply wanted nothing to happen and this allows that without root. Kind of not supposed to be rooted because of work email policies. ;) Oh...And, yes the Car Dock icon does still load allowing the phone (and thus my settings program) to still know that the phone is in the Car Dock (exactly what I want/need). This simply allowed me the option to NOT launch the Voice App that doesn't work correctly anyway and I didn't want. So, know I don't have to press back or home every time I dock the phone.

Bandage for Broken Note Usb port detects car mode, when port is empty, even while typing this thankyou msg. It would have been impossible to type this. Interface could be better.

Great app Not sure why Moto doesn't make turning off the dock feature an option. Would be nice if the landscape mode could also be changed to auto. I like to have my car dock positioned in portrait mode most of the time.

Does exactly what I needed it to My leather case has a magnet turning on the docking station with my phone. This app stopped it from overriding the lock and phone stays locked now! wohooo thanks!

Doesn't work for Droid X on Gingerbread Default action list doesn't show up when phone put into the Moto media dock.

Droid X. Only thing to use if you have the X and use a magnetic case. Cased issued with the phone.

Just what I needed Used to get annoyed by Car Dock opening all the time. This app put a stop to that. Works great!

Useless Doesn't come up as an option when phone is put into multimedia dock, making the app useless to me. Uninstalling.
