It works, but not sure how useful. Since I have only 2 hands, I take carotid pulse with one, & tap, tap, tap for each beat with the other. App does the easy math.

Samsung galaxy s doesn't have a flash so the other apps that use the camera to detect heart rate don't work that well, that's why I like this app:-)
