Stuttering issues on Android 4.0 ICS This was a really awesome app until I upgraded to Android 4.0. Now I'm experiencing intermittent stuttering every 10 seconds or so while songs are streaming. Cached songs are fine. I've talked to other 4.0 users and all seem to be experiencing the same issue. After a couple of months with no fix I'm starting to look for alternatives. Too bad, since it's otherwise a fantastic app.

Almost there... This app works almost perfectly via my Synology NAS server on my Atrix phone...almost. After about 10 seconds into each song it will pause for a couple seconds and then continue. :( Well worth a donation and eager for the next release to correct this.

Best music app ever! Been using subsonic for several years and i'm just now realizing its full potential...this is well worth every penny to get the server running once you have that the possibilities are endless. Get it!

Needs to keep track of your computer's IP I would use this in a heartbeat over audiogalaxy, because I much prefer the interface. Unfortunately, my router is a bit picky with port forwarding, and I can't access my server. Competing apps handle this perfectly, without any need for the complex setup!

Love it! Great app to painlessly access 3TB of movies,TV, and music from anywhere. Doesn't seem to see loose files in directories that also have subdirectories, but I can get to those with the browser when needed. Galaxy S II & Asus TF-101.DOWNGRADED TO 4 STARS AS NETWORK ERRORS KEEP POPPING UP FOR DIRECTORIES WITH MORE THAN A FEW DOZEN ENTRIES. MAYBE LET THE USER SET THE TIMEOUT?

Doesn't work with ICS -permissions problem Permissions problem with latest android (Galaxy Nexus 4.0.3). The files get the wrong permission and won't play. Subsonic forum is not helpful. Real problem that isn't being even considered. Sad, otherwise it's a great system

Good but needs an update I love this app because of how useful it is but it really needs an update. Practically speaking the music stutters A LOT on ICS especially while downloading. Aesthetically speaking it looks somewhat outdated.

Awesome Installed the server on my synology NAS and stream to two Android phones. No issues what so ever but I do have QoS configured on my router. I love this app, it gives me access to my music wherever I am, LAN, wan or offline. It also connects to the parrot kit in the car and plays music over Bluetooth audio.

Hiccups at the beginning of practically every song are really annoying, the playlist interface needs streamlining badly, needs port setup simplified.

Great app but full of bugs and usability problems On one hand, this program (and the accompanying server) is a godsend for me. However, it is full of user-interface issues and bugs: The search screen doesn't remember search results after you move to another screen. Songs in the playlist cannot be reordered (only shuffled). Adding multiple songs to the playlist from different directories at once creates "null" entries in the playlist that stop playback. Folder contents is not batched or cached so every "change directory" operation takes time while the server is contacted. Moving to another screen makes the app forget where you are in the folder view. The playlist has no operations for selection or "remove songs above" or "remove songs below". In short, this app has huge promise but its user interface has a long, long way to go.

Great app! Easy linux install. Works very well over wifi or 4g. Much better than Orb. Would be nice if you could add or delete files via this application.

Useless About 19 times out of 20 my server is unreachable over 3g or wifi (same network!). Is it because I only donated ten euro??

My most used app! Please consider adding 'batch mode' playlist OR preferably 'drag and drop' playlist. It sucks after an accident to delete individually.
