Perfect for text notes Excellent app. Does what it says. My favourites: Despite being basic you can add tags for organization, allows back up to SD, and needs no internet permissions. Text selection could do with some refinement, though I'm glad it exists in the first place :-).

If you have web or email addresses in your note, it automatically makes them hyperlinks but then it's almost impossible to scroll through w/o opening

Has ability to directly edit txt files on the SD card! Would be better if file browser wasn't a seperate download.

Notepads should just take notes, quickly and simply. This one does and does a nice job of it. I like the ability to make shortcuts! Droid X.

Fantastic Tool Gets the job done, simple, no bloat. Best of all: doesn't require permissions that it doesn't need! Why would I want my notepad to have Internet access?
