This app should not need to exist but it does due to an obvious design flaw. It works perfectly on my S2 and couldn't live without it.

It's simple and it works. I'm deaf so I never need my phone to ring but I always need it to vibrate and this app makes sure that's always true.

AMAZING. Always wanted to keep my phone on vibrate because I use the media volume often and end up turning up ringer without knowing. Perfect!

OK, this is really nice because it FORCES the phone to do what you want, reguardless of whether or not you press the rocker switch.

Does not allow for you to have all three functions but be able to switch between them easily.
