One of the best workouts for the android app. This is by far one of the best android apps for working out on the android market. It gets you the Spartan muscle you need to stand above the many who workout. Trust me, I have tried my apps for this type of stuff, but so far this is the closest one that cuts it. Now I have one thing left to say "Spartans, what is your procession?!?!?!?"

Nice app! I'm a CrossFit coach and that's pretty much what this app offers, basic but effective. I like the way the app has been put together, if you could design an app like this but for CrossFit, it would be amazing!

Very good You need a bar to be able to do the workout, however it can be substituted with a weight bench. Very good workout
