Power Widget offers some very nice and useful toggles.

Powerful Switchman is better. Crashes all the time and less features than free alternatives like powerful switchman. Save your money.

Great app Works great on my Thunderbolt. Note: the 2G/3G toggle also works for 3G/4G! (hint, hint BK) It's a shortcut to your wireless settings. I think it works better than some dedicated 4G toggle apps. I'd give it 5 stars, but you can't edit the widget once it's on your home screen. You have to delete it from your home screen, then add it again. When you add it again, you get the options screen. Developer is quick to respond to emails and very helpful.
