- Intercepts outgoing calls and reformats numbers as needed.
- Allows usage of carrier codes if needed.
- Knows about virtually all countries in the world.

Why still not 1.0? It's complete! Wonderful Works pretty well and is very responsive (won't slow down your call). Haven't tested an international call but is very useful.
