Downloads all resources (frames) from the internet, so it needs internet connection during creating / configuring a new widget. Once the widget is configured / generated, it does not need an internet connection anymore.

Gave a 1 star only because the frames were so old fashioned. There wasn't even a black frame white matte option. The app works great on Droid incredib

All in all an excellent app! Only things I'd ask for in updates: share (ie Facebook, etc) capability. THX 4 THE HRZNTL FRAME UPDATE! SUPERB!

Worked great for a couple of photos.. Now it says no internet connection when I know full well there is.. Tried it 9x to be fair
