Like the boarding pass but doesn't keep you logged in Doesn't keep you logged in or let you request upgrades. On a good phone it's easier to go through the browser.

Have to log in every time I open app Even though I check remember me, I have to log in every time I open the app. Needs to be fixed.

Doesn't allow you to make an advantage award reservation or even check on such availability.

Needs constant WiFi I tried checking in from a remote location (not home) with this app. It says that without a wifi connection, some features may not work. That's a lie because no features work without WiFi. It should be able to go through the network like 99% of other apps do and work accordingly.

Many times it fails to connect The biggest flaw of this app is that approximately one out of three or four times I want to use it the server is down and it does not connect. The days that it works it is useful. It would be better if one could check the upgrade list on it.

Old look and feel Widgets are outdated. No change ticket feature. Other key features hidden behind setting buttons. Not as good as united or southwest.

Needs Improved Usability Lots of room for improvement. I checked in and got a boarding pass for the 1st leg if my trip. Getting a boarding pass for the 2nd leg was not intuitive. The app appears to take you to a version of the web site and you lose the user menu.
