Go to new heights with this animated wallpaper.  Tap the balloons to POP them as they rise.  Graphics have 3D depth look.

Includes Settings for:

Get the Christmas Upgrade Option:

This live wallpaper also offers an in-wallpaper weather and clock inset.  You define the screen position!  Then double tap the screen to make it disappear or reappear.

This is a fun app. Simple, beautiful and interactive. If I'm frustrated with something... I can literally pop a few balloons to pass a moment or two
