When you lose your phone while the ringer is turned off it can be impossible to find it. Where's My Droid fixes that problem. After texting your phone a custom attention word the app turns the ringer volume up and makes your phone ring. It's also possible to get the GPS location of your phone in latitude and longitude and a link to Google maps.

Works great! My wife and I have the free version. Use it all the time when the 5yr old hides our phones or even to turn the ringer on when my wife leaves her phone on silent in her purse and I need to reach her.

Saved my @$$ Being able to turn off a silent ringer remotely is a godsend.

Didn't work The Commander web interface is extremely unresponsive. Couldn't get my phone to do anything after installing and logging in to the web UI. Leaves me with zero trust that I could actually find my phone if it were truly lost. Will move on to another app.
