How to run Live Wallpaper on Android 2.1 above?
On my Moto Droid and N1, first install the apk. And then do the following:
1) Click Menu
2) Click Wallpaper
3) Select "Live Wallpapers"
4) Find Live Fractal, Run It.

Bad description. Fractals don't change colors, there are just multiple packs of 10 still fractal images that auto rotate, no animations.
