Customer service prompt. It never worked. Finally, they wanted my photo ID. For what? To make a phone call? I have been using the same CC for years.

First it works great, now can' get connect. Keep telling me call didn't go through, try to call again, message 128T. Customer servise Can't help.

Using it a couple of months now. Works well if take the time 2 set it up properly. Probs every now & then but cust support is outstanding. Recommend.
