Great Works great for me! Does exactly what it says. I don't have to put my finger over the phone and blush when turning it on or off anymore.

Works on some. Worked flawlessly on my LG Slider, but never on my new stock HTC Evo V 4G. I run it in airplane mode, but no options mute the Htc Sense audio. I've even done uninstall+reboot+reinstall, but it still fails. Now I just mute Sense manually before powering off. :( UPDATE: Fastboot=off under power settings did the trick.

New version works after un/reinstall The new version didn't work well after upgrading, but I followed the advice of unistalling and reinstalling and now it works even better than before.

Bad Didn't stop the chime my phone makes when it restarts..

Just activates mute Does silent but I have to take the phone off mute every time I turn it on which is quite annoying
