NOT a radio app I downloaded this because I was looking for a decent Shoutcast app. AOL owns Shoutcast, I figured, who's going to do it better? It turns out, just about everybody. I don't use the app for anything but Shoutcast radio, so my review does not reflect anything but the streaming Shoutcast capability. That being said, I don't know that I've heard it play more than 30 seconds without buffering. I have a sneaky suspicion that the Shoutcast tab is little more than 'nc $URL > /dev/dsp'. In addition, it doesn't change orientation. I don't know why, but I see more and more apps that refuse to run in landscape. It's not a huge problem, as I just start the stream and then go to sleep, but it's still annoying. It's a pretty app, so I have no doubt that the designers are good at what they do, but I'm always annoyed when they seem to think they know better than me how I'm going to use the app. The best parts about the app are the icon, the interface(aside from the orientation annoyance) and the fact that it's free. For Shoutcast, I'm going back to TuneIn.
