Doesnt work properly Says you must have amazon app store installed to run. App store is installed and still doesnt run.

Might be a virus? Also doesn't actually work much Setting aside whether or not the free Amazon apps are even worth getting, I've found that this app doesn't do what it claims to do very well. For the first few days it put a icon the notification bar, but clicking on it didn't open the Amazon App Store. Fine. A few days after being installed it just stops notifying at all and put a bookmark in my stock browser to some bogus website. I uninstalled it and forgot about it. Now a year later I'm moving my backups off of my old NAS and Microsoft Security Essentials flags it as being a trojan, "Trojan:AndroidOS/Plankton.gen!A" (sic) in "My Daily Free Amazon App-4.apk->classes.dex". So there's that. A daily notification does NOT need to read or write bookmarks, and it does NOT need to know my phone's ID. If you want the same functionality, create a repeating calendar event with a popup notification. You might even be able to make some sort of Tasker script to just buy the daily free app automatically, I dunno. Either way, hide yo Androids, hide yo Windows because this app might be malicious, on top of not doing what it claims to do.

Horrible This app was once a grade A app now it's a dud app so until the bug is fixed my review will stay at 1 star!!!!

tasker I use Tasker for this. at 9 30 in the morning Tasker open the app store just means free on Thursday and I can download it or not. seems much better solution then this mess.

Didn't work anymore When my phone upgraded to the ICS it stopped working automatically. I had to go in and start it everyday which completely defeats the purpose of having it.
