This application shows dialer and contacts in Notification bar. You can access to dialer and contacts whenever you want.
If you want to call someone while you are browsing(or playing games, etc..), just drag notification bar and click dialer!

I don't see purpose of the app It is just shortcut to the basic dialer and contact,no added functionality. Uninstall

On a moto blur device the contacts shortcut opens the dialer. Also it would be nice if you made an option for darker notifications.

Convinient! Takes up memory?! Its less than 15 KB Tightwad!
