Incompatible Does not work on Nexus 4. Previously reported problems while using the app and AT&T's network in my area has actually gotten worse despite countless calls to support claiming that service is "good." Don't waste your time.

No evidence it really works I have used this app many times in area that has no coverage. And of course this app tells me this. I will receive a text each time saying AT&T is working to make services better. LOL! Has not happen!

Great when it was actually compatible with my devices Great if your still on 4.0.3 but for any new phone in the past 24 months it's incompatible. Update your app so I can send in the awful service at my work location.

incompatible I am extremely surprised that this app is incompatible with both my galaxy S3 and S4 devices. Not only that, but it is a surprise you your technical support when I call in for help; they don't want to believe me when I say that the "Play Store" says it is incompatible. I expect more from AT&T.

Awesome app when available This was a very useful tool on my old phone I would have rated it with 5 stars however, I recently upgraded and now it is not available for any newer android device which is dumb. Please upgrade your app to allow everyone to use it.

Helpful but ironic Its ironic that if you are trying to report a data problem, you need a data connection to do so. And the bigger question: is this a marketing gimmick by AT&T or is this data truly being used to improve the network. The first 6 months of this year has seen steady decrease in AT&T performance.

Works great for me I like the interface of the app overall and it doesn't seem to kill my battery, but I think there's some bug preventing the app from opening when I click on it from the notifications bar. Other than that, great job AT&T! This is a great way to handle issues customers may have.

Disappointing Always loaded and running - eats up lots of battery. No way to turn off txt msg ack!

Now incompatible with everything Quite the enhancement. My service is terrible in Cassopolis MI, but I can't even report it because and the app is now incompatible with my GS3, GNote2, and my Nexus7. Cutting edge stuff.
