That's the best thing You can get on Android now - as long as Pinterest does not release the official app. You're just one click away from browsing the Mobile Pinterest - have fun! :)

That's nothing really big - this app simply accesses Pinterest's mobile webservice, but that's all that is possible on Android now I'm afraid... Also (that seems obvious, but I saw one negative comment complaining about this, so I want to make this clear) when Pinterest server goes down, so is this app :)
