Company History
Bowmanor Property Management commenced trading in 1986 and quickly established a wide range of residential and commercial property management with tenants including Tesco, Coombs bookmakers, Fads as well as over 30,000 sq ft of office space.  As well as a variety of commercial properties, the range of residential properties managed has increased over the years, with clients including major banks and corporate institutions.
In 1997, Bowmanor Property Management merged with Belmonte Commercial bringing together similar values but incorporating fast moving technology.  This merger based its success on local knowledge and the experience of the directors who now offer over 25 years of residential and commercial experience. Since the merger, we have not only retained our existing properties, but increased the large portfolio of properties we administer for clients throughout the UK & abroad. Our integrity and values have not altered from our original principles of business and we have moved with the constantly changing laws and regulations.

Professional Associations
Professionalism is demanded by today’s landlords and we have been members of NAEA, the National Association of Estate Agents since 1986, following the strict code of conduct to maintain high standards and client money protection insurance designed to protect client’s money. Our recent acceptance into the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for Regulated Agents is testament to our high regard of the latest government requirements.

Our membership to regulatory professional bodies not only assists Landlords peace of mind but satisfies the requirements of today’s professional tenants, requiring security whilst renting, assurances that they will be dealt with in a suitable manner with their deposit safeguarded at all times through by our membership of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, which provides a dispute resolution service in the case of disagreement at the end of a tenancy.
