Heat Index (HI)application calculates heat index from air temperature and relative humidity. Relative humidity is supplied in %.

HI is sometimes referred to as the "apparent Temperature". The HI, given in degrees F, is a measure of how hot it feels when relative humidity (RH) is added to the actual air temperature

Worst app ever The UI is garbage, but that's no problem. You expect people to look up the temp and humidity? Use location and get that info on your own.

Why won't you change it so users can enter a humidity less than 40%??? Should be a pretty easy fix. People really dislike it. Good except for that!
