Although Mirage can be used as a generic video player (and supports many formats),
it is currently designed as a http live streaming client.
It supports both encrypted and unencrypted streams and should be able to detect matching links.

Mirage can also be used as client to your Air Video or UPnP server(s).

Current version only supports neon and tegra based processors.
We are extending the list of supported devices.

Good app, but not as good performance as airvideo on ipad seems to work rwell detecting airvideo servers and browsing them, and the playback UI is really slick, but the video quality isn't as good as airvideo

Needs work for air play server compatibility So great for local content... Has serious issues with air play server since it crashes continuously. Please fix.

Fine for SD content Doesnt tell air video server to transcode so struggles with HD content

The best video player this is possibly the best video player, I've tried VLC direct, VLC Stream and Convert, Emit, Vplayer...etc many more I can't recall their names, but this one is a true gem, I wish more people know about it, so we can keep a good community going. Spread the word about this app!!!

The control UI is too cool! This app fills the void that Air Video refuses to fill. While playback isn't always the smoothest, it's definitely watchable with SD videos. EVO 4G.

Brilliant! Can it run in background? Works great, but I would really like it to run in the background to stream audio while I am using other applications.
