A simple alarm that rings at selected intervals.  
Place the Quick Alarm widget on desktop, pick a pre-defined interval and alarms at the time you specified.  

Quick Alarm Plus also available, with alarm time count down on alarm widget and alarm on notification bar.

Great for naps Being a widget, it's great for setting alarms quickly when you just want to have a quick nap. In just a couple of button clicks it gets the job done. Much better than using stock alarm.

Just get alarm clock plus and use the nap feature they just added. it's basically this whole app but with more flexibility.
