Good info bad interface The work flows when using this are not as intuitive as one might expect. Google maps api when clicking on the map link or a company address only references the fist line of the address. It does not reference the specific town when searching a street addresses.

Unable to login "sorry we could not log you in with those credentials". Able to login with same credentials on website and desktop app.

Was good bit now useless Was a great app but since the last update you can no longer open any tickets. Black screen that FC. Taking way too long to release a fixed version.

Handy on the move Very handy for info when on site such as configs or contacts. Also good to review ticket details when on site. Much improved on previous versions, quick and easy to access.

This is fantastic! I've been using it for three months, and have not had a problem yet. It's a great app, and I find that most changes/entries are faster and easier to accomplish in this app than in the desktop version. My hat is off to you guys!

Now working fine Well, from what my colleagues and I gathered, problem was on the server side, not the app... Still a pity, but I can't complain anymore now that it works. All in all, a good application that I much prefer to the s**t app we were using before. With some improvements to data syncing and adding support for international characters, I'll give this a 5 star.
