With the Cortado Workplace app on your Android smartphone, access files stored in your Workplace online storage at any time and work just as on your desktop computer. Documents can be displayed, easily managed, edited via 3rd party apps, sent via e-mail or printed. Accessing the Workplace account via PC, Mac or notebook is also possible using the Cortado Web Explorer or your PC or Mac file explorer.

NOTES ON PERMISSIONS
In order to use the Cortado Workplace app, certain permissions must be granted to Cortado. We would like to list why these are required:
• Read Google Mail: Required so that Google Mail attachments can be opened, displayed and then printed.
• Personal information: Required for viewing e-mail contacts.
• Network communication: Is required so the Workplace client can access the WLAN and connect with the Cortado servers.
• Phone calls: Required to fully identify your device.
• Memory: This permission is required to save, move, or delete files, not only in the cloud, but also on your Android device.
• System Tools: Required in order to print via Bluetooth.
