GMail Icon Widget

Available in :
I Like It I Don't Like It Add to my favs
Widget looks like the gmail icon but the text under the icon includes the number of unread emails. e.g. It might read:   Inbox (4)

To display: Long press on free area of home screen. Choose Widgets then "GMail Icon Widget"

It just reads "Inbox" if no unread mails.

Note: Not Currently Working on Motorola Droid.

Can never actually open the widget. Rarely actually shows inbox count

Force closed after clean android install. Using a G1. Also, I lost the need for such an app, found an alternative.

It only shows count initially. After you click it then revisit home, it no longer shows count.
