Tested it, didn't go off. Not clear whether events are repeating (presumably the "occasional"ones are yearly). And no daily events option.

I have this on my computer to but sometimes it will not show up. So I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could not enter the time into a reminder. Typed "1200", tried "12:00", "12:00 pm", and everytime it would say Set Time, and not continue .
