It's shortcut(blame google for that) for network system settings which allows you change 2G-3G and data roaming mode with 2 clicks instead of 4

Doesn't work Infuse or galaxy s I know its changed now so it brings up the menu to switch network settings but its not available on the Infuse or galaxy s so it doesnt do anything.

Great Great shortcut, my phone toggles between 2g and 4g at home, nice convenient widget to get you right to network settings so I can lock my phone on 2g.

Highly useful. Takes you directly inside the Wireless Networks/Mobile Networks menu under Settings. Then choose GSM, WCDMA, or both in Network Mode.
