Sync Schedule allows you to specify on and off hours for the Android's Automatic Sync - this can be useful to prevent notification sounds and superfluous data usage.

Good stuff BUT needs another feature As a windows mobile transplant, I'm used to a similar feature on ActiveSync settings, except the WM version has days of the week as a setting as well. I like to have my email not sync M-F 8-5 since I'm at my desk all day.

Works great if you remember to start it after a reboot. Refuses to start itself again after reboot.
