This application will be useful only if you are using Google Voice.

Google Voice works by using access numbers. So if you are calling a number first it forwards your call yo an access number and from there it makes the actual call. So if you are calling someone who are in your plan or calling someone in the same network then you will loose minutes as all the calls are routed through the google voice access numbers.

And moreover you cannot avoid using Google Voice selectively based on phone numbers. Using this app you can add a list of numbers for which Google Voice should not be used. The app blocks google voice whenever you call the numbers added to the list and uses your networks numbers to do so. By this way you save minutes.
