Great app Been on an 8 wk CBT programme a few months ago, this app is easy and filled with a lot of the info available for use.

Thanks UI colors and buttons are ugly and it is hard to distinguish sections in diary. I don't know, hire a better designer for your apps? What I like about this app that is that it seems to follow CBT protocol 100%. Nothing left behind. Very convenient for daily work.

Love it! Alongside my actual therapy, this is an excellent self help tool. Would like a better, more user friendly, prettier u.I... but other than that its perfect, and helps a lot. Great App to Master Emotions This is the perfect app to explore emotions and keep a personal journal of emotions which were mastered through the introspection. The reference material is useful, but to really benefit from this tool, other reading on CBT should be done. The reference material on the website is a good start.

Brilliant The only things missing are pen and paper. Very useful for applying CBT methodology to any situation. Scrolling could be improved, so that after filling in each category you are returned to where you had got to, rather than back to the top.
