This widget is a one-click shortcut to the Battery Use Indicator built into Android 1.6 and newer.
The Battery Use Indicator gives you an idea of what is using up your battery.

Pointless Only creates a shortcut to battery info.

It works but its pointless on my EVO 3D... No different from adding a shortcut to your home panels settings : battery uae

Does not update battery usage sometimes. Also needs to show battery percentage, so we dont need another widget just for that.
