GoodNews is a news reader (RSS/Atom) and audio podcast player which fully synchronizes with the famous Google Reader. GoodNews has a modern user interface which provides a lot of professional and unique news reader features including offline support (incl. images), the automatic push of local changes, read list, subscription grouping in the article list, mark read on scroll over, automatically closing views, volume button navigation and a lot more. More than 50 options allow you to tailor GoodNews exactly to your needs.

If you are a podcast listener you will also love GoodNews due to it's comfortable podcast features including a play list, downloads for offline listening, live streaming, headset controls and — of course — individually stored playback positions for all of your episodes.

Resources hog Lots of smart features, but it brings my phone to a crawl every time it syncs with Google.Also, the offline cache doesn't work very well. It has problems with gawker sites.

One of the best news readers out there New UI makes it so much better than the rest. google should buy this product release it instead of their reader client.

Very Professional After comparing setting by setting of GoodNews with RssDemon, NewsRob, D7, FeedR, and gReader, GoodNews had better features, better guidance, and better versatility.
